We are looking to create a system of organization to keep track of the items we are working on and the status of those items. It should be usable by all three of us simultaneously. We would want to be able to create hundreds of tasks and have them sort themselves (such as change color, move itself to another sheet when closed, and be able to automatically respond to the status we apply. Each item needs to be sort-able by project/client/work type... a master sheet with summary info and statistics on every single item across all jobs that is sort-able and filter-able. A bonus would be a script that can scrape a webpage we often use and create new/ auto populate/ update items automatically.
