Using the attached document, I need this replicated so that the end user can fill it out via web. I image there being a url that one would type into their mobile device web browser, the web page of the url is just the form, they can fill out the form and sign the bottom. When the submit the form, a pdf copy of the form is sent to an email address and the form data is then stored in an excel (or other) type database with the signature jpg. The database should be filterable, searchable, etc.

Hi! We need a native English speaker/writer for translating from Italian to English the user manual for a web application that we developed. The whole document consists of a single Word file and is about 16300 words long. It uses standard formatting (bullets, ordered lists, ...) which must be mantained. The app control panel (i.e. the interface the manual is referred to) is already available in English. The translation must adhere to the sections/buttons names used in the app. A demo access will be provided for matching the section names. My project managers need a tool that will allow them to do a weekly forecast (6 month rolling) by item or service so we can project revenue. We have some kiosks setup running Windows 8.1 and internet explorer 11. The software is SiteKiosk. We want the employee's to be able to access our internal sharepoint site and view safety documents. These documents are in word (doc/docx), excel (xls/xlsx), pdf and powerpoint (ppt/pptx). Right now the computer tries to open the files in the full program but due to security of the kiosk software it fails. we tried to set the files to open in the web apps by default but it does not reliably work (See attached pdf for some of the issues) We need someone who is familiar with Sharepoint 2010 and WebApps to configure and troubleshoot the issues. It would be a huge plus if you are familiar with the SiteKiosk software to make sure everything is running smoothly. We would give you access to the sharepoint server and a test kiosk.
