I need help with a formula to solve for the average number of months worked in a year based on two factors. (Contract Length & Vacation) I know that if employee X has a contract for 4 months and then 2 months' vacation he works an average of 8 months per year. If employee T works 6 months and takes 2 months' vacation he works an average of 8.9166 months. This is based having multiple employees starting in different months throughout the year.)
