We have about 1400 spreadsheets containing store data. They contain the store address, phone number, store number etc, additionally it contains 2 sections, one listing digital phone lines, the other listing analog phone lines. We would like to import that data into a database, and then export it into a new form, one per store. There are a couple checks and some additional criteria that need to happen. This job is a very simple job. Bulk Automated processing Software & access to our domain lists to process will be provided via a remote desktop connection. We are looking for someone who can simply import lists and export list results and check every hour or two to then import the next list to process once completed and repeat. We are looking to process a near 500,000-1 million records. We have been processing records with our software for quite some time and expect about 5 lists per day to be completed on average based on prior repeated runs. (Each list consists of 4,000 records) Making this roughly a 2-4 week job depending on the amount of records we need to process. The job is simple. It just requires checking on the software for crashes and uploading and exporting lists once every hour on a remote desktop. We need to create a template for a client brochure where we can easily update certain fields based on a excel or CSV document. The brochure needs to be in a Microsoft format, but no preference on exactly what program. I have included an example of a brochure we use today and have hilighted most of the fields that we'd like merged with the template (including the client logo).
