I need a program written making use of the Acrobat API written for current versions of Adobe Acrobat that will extract text contained in a table or in columns and rows around graphic information. The purpose of this tool is to allow a more controlled method of getting text data from an electronics component datasheet and into our tool set. I desire to be able to select an area and have all of the text within that area stored in an array or similar that would represent approximately what was collected.
