We need someone to migrate a Windows GoDaddy VPS to AWS EC2. Preferably this person will be based in the US, Canada, Europe, or South America due to time zones but I'm somewhat flexible. Each week I get one excel file from a client which has a list of work done by all the workers working for the client in one worksheet. I need to email each worker only how much work they have done in the given week. Currently I do a pivot and then click on each individual on the pivot and email him the report of work done by him by using copy paste function. I am looking to build an MS Excel worksheet that contains the real estate data and ownership information for all of the mobile home parks in the State of Missouri, approximate sizes of 50 spaces and larger. Though I am open to improved methodology, we have created these lists in the past using county real estate records and Google Earth to obtain the real estate data. For ownership data, we typically use the secretary of state's website to trace back the actual owner's name that is associated with the LLC or corporation. Number of hours and timing are flexible, but would like to have this done in 30 days or less, if possible. A sample from our Kansas list is attached to show the fields we are looking for. I have a list of facts that need to be converted into various units. Example: The average person sleeps for 25 years. So you would need to convert that (for a 25 year old) into: 5 years = 60 months = 1825 days = 43,800 hours. You will also need to indicate if each fact is relevant for the average person. For example "you will grow a 30 foot beard if you never shave" is too varied especially not knowing if the person is email or male and so this is a fact that would be indicated as having a low chance at being accurate. You will need to select 0 if its unlikely to be accurate, 0.5 if there is a fair chance an 1 if theres a good chance.
