I use Typeform to take in data for my initial visit with patients. The results that patient enter are exportable into an Excel spreadsheet. I need a way to get these results into a presentable printout (PDF? Word? Pages?) that can go into my medical record, with my logo at the top. The New Patients - John Doe is the file I downloaded from Typeform, exactly as I got it. The Initial Eval - Doe is how I want the output to look. I only use a MacBook Pro, so the final version has to be Mac compatible.

We require some basic updates to some Excel spreadsheets. We have four excel worksheets which contain approximately 35 tables in each. Each table currently has about 7 rows X 8 columns of data. The data is by category and year. We have totals for each category for all years and the percentage of the category overall years. The data presented is absolute data. Each table now needs to have another version created that expresses the data in percentage form so that each cell now contains the percentage of that category for each year (row). John If found incorrect logic in the code you wrote for me. I first removed the Qtr1 TBs for all companies - code still works. Then I added a TB for just one entity for Qtr1. This causes the code to add zero rows for the other entities for quarters where the account already has a balance? See screenshots and test2 file attached. I think your code first looks which dates exists across ALL companies, then use the result to determine which accounts needs zero rows. (I thought this would work). I THINK the right approach is to see which periods have TBs loaded FOR EACH ENTITY SEPARATELY. Also Your codes works fast when ran in a test workbook, but still takes 2 minutes when combined with the rest of my workbook. Could you see if you can correct that? Please qoute for the two tasks combined
