The software we use to manage our list of members goes back to March 2011, before then our membership records are a mess - in different spreadsheets etc. I want to establish a member loyalty program where members are acknowledged for the length of time they have been a member. So between our company Yahoo Mail account and Gmail Account we probably have a 250,000 emails. We are exceeding our email limits and want to be able to export our customer emails so that we can delete the old emails but have them when we need them.
