I am seeking an administrative/executive assistant with at least 5 years of experience to handle a variety of tasks and projects. Work Schedule: I manage a seasonal company with our busy season running ~May through September, so your role would require a higher workload in the summer months. Hi Brian I may have another job for you. You did a job for me in January creating an excel file of business details of 300 pharmacies. In that file you created is the fax number for each pharmacy. I need to fax the same document to the 300 fax numbers in that file. I have an OfficeJet Pro 8620 Printer Fax connected to my laptop.
