We are a boutique professional services firm located in West Los Angeles with about 15 desktop computers connected to a Dell PowerEdge T420 running Windows Server 2012 R12 Standard. For the most part we are using the server to manage our office files but also host a large CRM database called ACT!. We have Exchange but only for shared calendars. POP3 email is hosted remotely but we are considering move to Google email for business. Challenge is that we have three domains and 100+ email accounts across our small team. We also use a QNAP NAS for backup through Symantec Backup Exec 2014 and 25 user Kaspersky for Security.
