I have an existing SharePoint 2010 site but I would like to change the user interface/look & feel/appearance of the site. The attached PNG files are screenshots of the current site, the PowerPoint slides describe what I want the future look to be like. To be specific, first slide is a very rough gouge of what I'd like on the first page, with subsequent slides showing what those icons access.
