I'm looking for somebody that knows vlookups (or other lookup / reference functions in MS Excel) to build an Excel-based Completed Contracts and Percentage of Completion job schedules. So, this project would entire exporting the job profitability summary out of QBs into Excel and having lookup formulas to automate the percentage of completion schedules based on actual costs incurred to total estimated costs. I would send you job profitability exports out of QBs and my current Excel template (that is not automated). The successful candidate would be able to take the Excel template (that includes the Completed Contract and Contracts in Progress schedules) and build the lookup formulas to look for the job cost info out of the QBs export and automatically enter it into excel. I have other Excel and Word automation projects after this. Thank you.
