So, this project would entire exporting the job profitability summary out of QBs into Excel and having lookup formulas to automate the percentage of completion schedules based on actual costs incurred to total estimated costs. I need someone to create a Procedures Manual or Training Manual for all of the redundant tasks in my business. I sell houses. Many of the SOPs are mouse-click by mouse-click instructions (although I'm not sure I necessarily need screenshots of every screen). I'm attaching my current draft of my PM, plus two older versions.
