In "Microsoft Expression Web 4" I have an error message that prevents me from Saving any changes on any of my web pages in Exp. Web 4. The "save" icon that I click is always lit up. The error message is: "An error occurred while attempting to write the file. The requested operation cannot be performed on a file with a user-mapped section open."
