We are a small tech startup company in need of a spring and gear mechanism design for the case/enclosure of a flexible roll-up keyboard prototype. We need a hands-on individual/company with knowledge of extension or torsion springs and also basic gear and or ratchet mechanisms. There will be two design versions, the first of which will simply be a rudimentary proof of concept prototype, built/assembled by hand with as much off-the-shelf components as possible; the second a more refined prototype using 3D CAD/CAM. Enclosure space is small and constrained, but spring mechanism will need to produce strong torque. Will need to sign NDA, first, before submitting a final bid, after which we will provide more detailed design specs for you to then submit an informed bid. So, can just submit a placeholder bid to express interest and receive the NDA and design specs. Opportunity for more projects/work in future, depending on how well initial project goes.

I'm looking for you to design a computer and motherboard similar in size to the newest Raspberry Pi (raspberrypi.org) only with MUCH better components. It is ok to use components intended for mobile/tablet to keep the size small. The computer must have a built in speaker, a good built in microphone, four USB ports, built in WiFi, an ethernet port, an HDMI out, an audio out and an audio in, GPIO headers and a camera input on the motherboard. It must have a 100GB solid state drive and a built in touch screen display. It will need a US based plugin power source and a small built in battery pack. The computer will be in a 4 inch cube with a touchscreen. I would like the best possible components used for a wholesale manufacturing cost of around 00 US.
