Looking for senior editorial input on 105,000 word first novel that includes non-fiction elements, e.g. over 100 footnotes. Book has already been reworked with structural editor. I expect line editor to use The Chicago Manual of Style as ultimate guide and arbiter. Editor will review and revise sentences, paragraphs and chapters for logic, clarity, flow, and efficiency. Also, correct grammar, spelling, punctuation, capitalization, and problems with syntax; agreement for tense and number; passive voice, dangling modifiers, etc. Correct formatting of footnotes and references. All edits must be made using MS-Word "Track Changes" feature. I will also require a Skype conversation with screen share of manuscript to discuss some of the edits, as I want to learn and improve myself, not just enhance this document.
