We need a library built that allows us to send byte array messages over sound. We're using this for payments using bitcoin so we need the messages to be accurate, error correction or a checksum mechanism would be required to ensure that the data is correct, otherwise the sound would be replayed/sent. Basically we need an encoder that takes a string or byte array and then transmits this byte array over sound by using a PSK encoding mechanism and then a method for playing the sound. Then there needs to be a listener that continuously listens for a sound sent by this app (perhaps ascertaining this from a prefix of bytes that every sound message our app sends or something). Then once it sees the prefix it records the sound bytes using the microphone and then decodes them into the original byte array by demodulating the PSK encoded sound.
