I have just downloaded the 2010 office professional version and need to import an Excel contacts file and set up and refine the templates for letter labels and envelopes. I'm a visiting professor at the Asian Institute and have been asked to arrange missions for government officials to the US to study government methods there. I've got the contacts to arrange the meetings and seminars but I don't want to do the travel planning. Typically, the mission delegates make their own international flight arrangements, and sometimes all their flight arrangements. What remains, hotel arrangements, hotel<->airport shuttles, local travel (e.g. bus or van to keep the groups together), and perhaps conference rooms for seminars is what needs to be done. I just discovered this alternative to office based travel agents, so I thought I'd try it out. Please respond if you have appropriate expertise and interest.
