Our business was involved in a partnership in a retail operation. The other party controlled all money management and book keeping. On the closure of the business the books and records were withheld from us for nearly 2 years. When finally at hand the books of account disclosed misappropriations of more then $US 250000. The other party involved, is a lawyer. For this reason the case we need to prepare needs to be meticulous.
