Hi We require a cti to be written for Microsoft Dynamics to integrate with a hosted Asterisk PBX. The agent needs to be able to 1. Click on a number in the CRM to dial the number via the Asterisk PBX (click2dial) 2. End / Hang up / Mute call from the CRM 3. Incoming calls to the agent's extension, will need to display a pop up, with the client's details that has been looked up either via the telephone number or an account code that was punched in at IVR. 4. Call records to be linked to the client's history, containing time of call and length, call direction (inbound/outbound) and agent (with extension number) that handled the call. 5. Configuration screen to setup ip details for Asterisk PBX and agent's extension details.
