Hi We require a cti to be written for Microsoft Dynamics to integrate with a hosted Asterisk PBX. The agent needs to be able to 1. Click on a number in the CRM to dial the number via the Asterisk PBX (click2dial) 2. End / Hang up / Mute call from the CRM 3. Incoming calls to the agent's extension, will need to display a pop up, with the client's details that has been looked up either via the telephone number or an account code that was punched in at IVR. 4. Call records to be linked to the client's history, containing time of call and length, call direction (inbound/outbound) and agent (with extension number) that handled the call. 5. Configuration screen to setup ip details for Asterisk PBX and agent's extension details.

I have a PIAF setup at my home office for quiet some time. There are a few things not working right and some tweaks I would like done. Please see below. 1. Most Importantly Remote registration to pbx via my mobile devices over the internet. I have a mobile device running zopier and it can register on the system with its account but when I try to make a call it hangs up after 6 seconds 2. PBX seems unable to detect busy tone and leave lines up even if the end point device or caller hung up. 3. how to perform updates and system backups
