I am looking for someone to design me a PCB that integrates several off the shelf components. I have found these parts as libraries on eagle cad. The final PCB design will be delivered in eagle cad (or similar) and also gerber files. It needs to incorporate a power input, voltage regulator, atmega (arduino) microcontroller, radio receiver, audio amplifier. I can provide schematics I have found for most of the components in break-out board design. I have attached a diagram showing the current circuit in breadboard. This currently works, although I am happy for you to propose any improvements. The PCB MUST not contain the breakout boards I have shown - ie instead of the Arduino Pro Mini 3.3v, you use its components such as the ATmega168 controller, crystal, pull up resistors, etc. Please note, the speaker, the LED ring and the antenna will be off the board. We need someone to design an embedded controller with the following requirements: 1) Scans Matrix of Keys (9x2) 18 Keys or more 2) Detects closure of each key 3) Detects closure duration of each key 4) Discriminates between 3 Key States (Open, Closed, Hold) 5) Connects to a USB Host as Standard HID Keyboard 6) Sends corresponding ASCII Macro for each key state via USB 7) Can be initially programmed & reprogrammed over USB 8) Key codes can be remapped using a text file (non-compiled) so that the firmware can remain the same, but a new set of key codes can be loaded over USB 9) All power should come from standard USB port (5.00Vą0.25 and 0.5?0.9 A) 10) LED Indicator of Power On (Blue) We need the following deliverables: 1) PCB Layout Files 2) Microcontroller Firmware Source & Compile Package 3) Fully Functional Tested Prototype PCB We will provide you with a mounting hole pattern, case, & keypad array to test with.

Our product is a portable security system that users will be able to install and use without having a technician. The user will buy the "box" and plug it in to the available power at home, after which they will fit the sensors around their house. The sensors initially will be standard magnetic open/close sensors for windows and doors and motion activated sensors. All sensors will run on digital signals. The box will receive an alarm signal from the sensors causing it to go into an alarm state using flashing LEDs and buzzer. In addition the box must be able to communicate with a smartphone using either WiFi or a GSM connection.
