Working for our New York office from your home. I run a graphic design business and am in need of some extra customer/sales support for May and June 2015. You will be the interface between our clients and design team. This role requires a native English speaker to carry out customer care activities and sales support using our internal email system, project management system and the telephone. You will be trained by our staff over skype and Team Viewer to make sure you reach the required standard of care and to show you how our systems work. You will be required to work from: 11am to 7pm Standard Eastern Time (EST) from Monday to Friday (fixed time not flexible). Initially this role will be from the start of May 2015 to the End of June 2015 but depending on the person and their care and commitment to our clients it could be extended indefinitely.
