Hi! I have an international publishing contract that needs a little fine tuning. This is easy work for someone who has contract law knowledge with a little publishing knowledge. What is needed: 1 - The contract is for both purchased work for an anthology and novel submission for publication. I want them separated. From the one document you will create two. One for novel/novella publishing and one for work purchased for publication in an anthology. Do not change the payment schedule for either. 2 - For novel/novella publishing - add a clause about force majeure were an author may, after two years of publication and with agreement by the publisher, buy out of the publishing contract by reimbursing the publisher for any work or monies spent in order to publish and/or perquer sales including purchasing any or all printed items of the novel/novella currently on hand or held as stock.
