We are looking for a Virtual Assistant to perform the following tasks: - Filing and labelling of invoices - Coordinate meetings for hotel employees - Manage the Accommodation Booking Software called GuestPoint. This would involve: taking of credit card payments through online system, taking email bookings and reply as required with strong English (we will draft standard responses to use), coordinate with head office (me) on any issues and trouble-shooting, and monitoring system daily to ensure guests have paid their room accounts and have been checked out - Assist with hotel staff Payroll by checking system and sending reminders for Time in Lieu accrued/used For this role you will need: - Good written English - Able to use Microsoft Office Suite - Regular access to a computer - Reliable internet access - Skype - Be able to follow set processes - Always check quality and accuracy of own work Ideally, we would love someone to be available for a few hours every day of the week, however...
