I am a real estate broker in California USA. I am close to completing an 8 page real estate brochure about the services and benefits I offer to home sellers. I have hit a road block and am at a loss for words though. I am looking for a writer to write about 400 words or so describing myself and my statistics in real estate. You will probably have to ask me questions and guide me into giving you the information necessary to complete this project. I have included a competitors brochure. This gives a good picture as to what I am trying to accomplish but not be completely the same. I will also need you to proofread and possibly edit what is currently on there. I would like to sound as appealing as possible to home sellers through this brochure. Content only at this point. I am looking for a completed word .doc, and pdf file within the time of 3 days or so. I would need this soon as I am in need of the brochure for upcoming appointments. I am estimating that this would take a ta...

We are writing a research paper that involves proving a mathematical problem. We have already proved a rather restrictive version, but want to have someone who have solid training in mathematics (preferably a math graduate with exposure to probability theory, statistics and non-linear maximization) to check our proof and extend it to a more general case. Probability Problem Main Idea: The program has to calculate the probability of Combination of events happening together using the probability formula. To answer just two main question: ? What is the probability of seeing a (C)? ? What is the probability of seeing a (A)? ? What is the probability of seeing a (F)? 1. INPUT: First the program should read from the following file: S F S F C S F F C F C F C S F C F C S F C S F C S F C S F C ? Where (S: stands for "small"), (F: stands for "Furry"), ( C: stands for "Cat") ? Each line presents an event. ? Each event have letters separated by space, this space present (1 second )of time. Meaning, The time interval between each two letters in the same line is (1 second). ? Each letter represents sensors in the environment. First part: How to build the program? The program divides the continuously changing environment into events, each represented by a node. 2. The program should create nodes as an object. Each nod...
