We are an early stage hardware technology startup about to launch our consumer facing automotive accessory on Kickstarter. We're looking for an experienced lawyer (bar certified) to advise us on navigating various state laws (we have already researched and compiled the laws). Experience in highway regulations, consumer products, warning labels, and product liability are preferred but not required. Please submit a quote for a consultation which should include an evaluation of the state laws and your legal appraisal of our current strategy, as well as any alternative strategies you might suggest. Thanks!
