I have a Windows desktop app that is compiled using VS2013 that displays content in a web browser. The app is comprised of two parts; a packager and and a viewer. The packager encrypts web pages into a single archive and the viewer decrypts that archive to display its content (web pages) in the default web browser. But I need to add some functions to the solution: 1. Launch a specific web browser rather than any default browser and if not found, redirect for download and install. 2. Locate a *.lic file in the app's program folder and decrypt it to extract licensing info for comparison to local machine info before extracting pages for display. 3.
