I have an Excel spreadsheet with 3 worksheets I'm using to manage my weekly projects. The 3 worksheets are named: To Do, Doing, and Done. I add new projects into the "To Do" worksheet. Right now I'm using cut and paste to move the projects I'm currently working on to the "Doing" worksheet, and then I cut and paste them again to the "Done" worksheet when they are finished. Is there a way to program Excel so I can have a column with a drop down menu for "To Do, Doing, and Done" so I can just change the status from "To Do" to "Doing" and the line will be transferred over from one worksheet to the next?

We require a document system that will allow change agents to upload documents for different events or tasks. From an admin interface managers would be able to monitor which documents for which tasks have been uploaded. We presently have an incomplete system that was developed using PHPMaker. It has all the relevant tables, dropdowns and forms but does not have the functionality yet for document upload and management.
