We are a Real Estate Company with rentals and flips. We get multiple bills a month of for different properties across different companies - the bills are not always made out to the proper company as they get transferred between companies. I need weekly: - take all scanned entries from Google Drive - Create Bill in Correct QuickBooks or Buildium company - Include account number on the bill so it prints on the checks - Attach the scanned PDF of the bill to the record in QuickBooks or Buildium - Set Correct Accounts and Classes for each Bill - Set correct due date for each bill - move all processed files from one folder in Google Drive and File under proper company folder - Create and Run weekly performance and cashflow reports I need monthly - Reconcile all bank accounts - reconcile all credit card statements I currently do all of these tasks in about 3-4 hours a week - I expect someone more proficient with this can go much faster.
