I recently migrated our books from quicken home and business to quick books online (QBO). Everything went smooth except the accounts are not reconciling. I was not familiar with how the charts of accounts worked and migrated paypal deposits into the company bank account which already had the same deposits from paypal hence the mess. I live in Tulsa and have working interests in 12 wells and royalties interests in 28 wells that are owned in a Subchapter S corporation. The person who is now helping me with my books is moving. I would like someone with oil and gas experience to prepare the reports necessary to take percentage depletion on these wells and help me set up some kind of quicken, intuit or other simple program for the S corp that I could manage and then help me file my annual S corp and personal tax return. I need some coaching/advising on how to properly set up Intuit Quicken for my business. I currently auto-downloading from my Chase accounts. The Quicken program is "populating" all of my transactions with incorrect categories. I need help knowing how to set this up so some bank accounts don't populate any category information in the download process and other bank accounts process the correct categories. Hi I need a bookkeeper hired by the hour to create a company file for my company and enter transactions into QuickBooks Pro Desktop USA 2013 on a monthly basis. I use Quicken for accounting now and it is not a "proper" dual entry system and my auditor needs QuickBooks so he can get accurate Balance Sheet and P&L for my company. I intend to dump the transactions from my Quicken system monthly into a spreadsheet (or other format if you request) and send them to the consultant for entry into QuickBooks on your system or mine by remote control. Once converted my auditor will review and make sure the entry has been done correctly, he may request some edits. We use multiple currencies but not very many transactions each month.
