I'm looking to design a website, preferably through Ruby on Rails. I'd like to have a consultation on what RoR can and cannot do. Also would like a cost estimate based upon my project specs.

The "input" tab on the attached spreadsheet has raw daily Facebook data that I want to summarize in the format you see in my "output" tab. I'm able to do this in Excel using pivot tables, but want to learn how to do it in R. My preference would be a solution using dplyr, but base R is OK, too. Creating the output will involve summarizing by Campaign.Name and Account and associating each of these with min.Start.Date, max.End.Date, and Objective. All the other data is numeric, and need to be summed for each of these rows. On the "input" tab, I've highlighted the columns in yellow that are actually used for this report. Note that the Start.Date and End.Date are the same for each row in the input file. This is because each row represents one day of data for a particular account + campaign + objective.

Not necessarily looking for a long-term consulting project; really need someone to come in for a day and fix/rebuild our existing Sharepoint install. We have an installation of Sharepoint Foundation 2010 that we are hosting internally on a box running VMware 5.1; Windows 2008 R2 64-bit. The box is maybe 3 years old, but with virtual machines, shouldn't matter; it's an older system but there should be enough memory & headroom. This is the second server we've hosted SP on; we first rolled it out in 2006/2007. We had a consultant set it up at that time and we now believe it may not have been the best install. The site did not have a fully-qualified address (until we changed it a month ago) and was frequently difficult or impossible for remote users to access. You needed to be behind firewall to get in at all, and even then needed to sign in repeatedly. We did purchase a secure certificate and a fully qualified domain recently, which has solved some problems and created others...

We currently utilize the standard OpenFileDialog to allow users to open files from their computer. Likewise, we use the standard SaveFileDialog to save files back to their computer. We are looking for someone who will create a new WPF user control for us to use that will incorporate this same functionality, but add in the ability for our software to pass an object containing services & credentials for cloud drive integration. We would like to support Dropbox, Google Drive, OneDrive, Box, and iCloud. The users would save the credentials in our system. When we create an instance of your control, we'd send your control the saved credentials for the various services the user has provided us credentials for and the control would then display the dialog box similar to the OpenFileDialog/SaveFileDialog that would provide the same functionality as it does now (access to local/RDP mapped/network drives), but also have options for the cloud providers that were passed into it. Users would be ...

Looking for an expert with Windows 2012 Server R2 to diagnose, and cure the following problem we're having: Net Exception. (EWinInetException) Error sending HTTP request. WinInet Error (12002) An application we use frequently communicates with our external web server via https and sometimes we'll get the error: Net Exception. (EWinInetException) Error sending HTTP request. WinInet Error (12002) Note: We do not get this error all the time. It is intermittent. Kindly do not bid on this job if you have not encountered it / fixed it before.. Looking for someone who has cured this specific error in the past and someone who is familiar with OpenSSL libraries in case that is part of the troubleshooting... eg ssleay32.dll, libssl32.dll, etc. Note: Our system also runs Microsoft SQL Server 2014 Standard. I do not know if that could be related to the WinInet Error 12002. Many Thanks, Shawn
