We have set up a maintenance data base over 10 years running and about 5000 equipment records which keeps track of equipment, its value, calculates a persons maintenance % each week (for keeping production statistics) and when maintenance actions come due it lists the actions to be done; be it weekly, monthly, 6 month or year. when a person enters the maintenance date done, the system updates the next date due and updates the statistic for the person or area automatically. It works great on a week to week basis but does not keep track of past done dates nor can it be uses to print out something like a years worth of future due dates for each piece of equipment on a large xl type spreadsheet.
