Phone operators are only needed for ONE day. This job is for professional phone operators with basic customer service experience. The only thing operators will be doing is calling 5 businesses and doing a 3-10 minute evaluation. During this evaluation, operators will be testing the callers customer service skills and product knowledge by asking questions and listening to their response.
