I would like to pull information from our accounting software which is based on a SQL database and establish a list of open Projects including the job number, name and job description. This information is located in two tables in the SQL database. From there I would like to track items that are discussed at our weekly meetings for each project. The user would enter notes into the database relating to a specific job including the date and a description of the activity. I would like to have the option for selected projects to generate a check-list of approximately 6 "Standard" items related to job which would be checked off as complete. I would like to be able to modify this list if required. Once the project is complete, the user must be able to mark the job complete so that it does not appear in subsequent weekly reports.
