Hello, My client is based out of USA. They want to hire developers in St. Petersburg. They will not be conducting business in Russia, just hire few employees. These employees don't want to do freelance, they want them to set up a company so they are protected by certain laws. My client wants to do the right thing and protect them as much as possible, they don't mind higher fees if it's better for them and/or us (this is a long term engagement). I am looking for some basic quick info initially, later on once decision is made, I can set up another project for more detailed info. I am looking on advice/pros/cons for them and developers on setting up a 1. Representative Office or 2. Branch LLC or PJSC are not option (correct me if I am wrong here) since we don't have a Russian representative/director (we don't want any of the devs to have director or shareholder rights).
