*** Need Urgent Assistance in Troubleshooting *** We have a custom developed CTI connector for Siebel CRM which has been successfully installed & tested for Siebel CRM versions 8.1/8.2 (without Open UI & Innovation Pack 2015 (IP 15)). We now have installed our CTI connector on Siebel version 184.108.40.206.15 (IP 2015) with Open UI. Our communication driver is successfully installed (logged in Scomm file) and seems configured. Siebel Communications toolbar is also loading properly. Problem: When we click the Login button on Siebel Communications Toolbar, the toolbar displays following message: "Connecting to Broker...". (that never disappears until I sign out) As per the log files of our connector we can see that messages from communication toolbar are not reaching our communications driver, instead the "Connecting to Broker..." message keeps displaying on the Communications Toolbar.
