Hello, We're currently weighing the pro's and cons of London (England) Vs Dublin (Ireland) for setting up the European arm of our business. We're looking for someone who can research and clearly articulate the differences between the 2 locations from a legal and financial standpoint for a company. Hello all, We're a small company in Singapore looking to open an office in Austin TX. We have no US citizens in the founder team. We need to incorporate a US entity so we can start employing local US staff. We're therefore looking for expert advise we would go about setting up a US entity in our specific situation We're looking at issues such as: - Given the setup, which state should we incorporate - Who should own the US entity - the Singapore entity or the Singapore founders - Can foreigners setup and be 100% in control of a US entity. Do we need any involvement from a local US citizen - If we decide not to route any revenue through this entity and just use it to hire people, how might that work and do we still have to worry about specific taxes that would still apply. Would it be an issue that the company would make losses every year under this model. - If we decide to allow some revenue to go through this entity, what taxes do we have to worry about - What's the accounting comp...
