I am seeking an attorney to help me research some issues with title to a property which I am part owner. Below is the explanation: I am one of 2 general partners of an LLLP which owns a Commercial Building that was part of an inheritance. We are trying to get a loan against the property and Old Republic Title came back with lots of title commitment conditions. I have copy of all their title work. I am looking for 2 types of help on this one: 1) Review the title conditions and let me know how much time to clear these up (or if you see any roadblocks to doing so) 2) In the title search, a Warranty Deed came up which I am part of. The commercial building is one folio in Dade county, but it was actually made up of 3 properties that were purchased. It looks like in 1986 I helped purchase one of the lots. My client would like to form a domestic trust to hold assets. It must be able to be a strong asset protection tool with the below-stated goals. Wyoming is my clients jurisdiction of preference, my not exclusively. The winning contractor will create one trust and all documents necessary, and create up to 3 LLC's if needed and all documents necessary, and will do I transfer of an entity into the trust/LLC's.
