Applicants should be able to develop agreements that are legally binding in the USA, India, and other western countries. Applicant should be able to advise based on actual international or national law; we will want specific legal references until we are satisfied the firm is well-versed in applicable law. I'm seeking to form a team of highly-motivated and outright clever people to join my web startup. Here's a brief history: About a year ago, two things happened that laid the groundwork for my startup idea. 1) My girlfriend, who works in communications for a nonprofit, felt really frustrated by how difficult it is to get the word out about important events and programs, especially with all of the (out-) competing noise from other organizations (most of them private organizations with big pockets) attempting to also promote their product or service. 2) I was feeling more and more dissatisfied with news and other content in my FB and Twitter feeds. I tried other websites, like StumbleUpon and Theneeds, but nothing really delivered content that was both important and personalized. My client would like some who is strong in employment law to review his 11 page employment agreement, advise him if a tort was committed, and give a few examples of cases and how much was won in these cases. It is an Arizona agreement He was hired for a 3-year contract. He left his stable job near San Antonio Texas making the same salary, but was making more in Texas because of no state income tax. He not only gave up stability, but also a part of his pension and disability insurance. His termination clause with his old company was 6 months. He was called about 3 months after signing his agreement with the new company and was told that they had hired enough people for this new location, and that he was not needed. The problem is that he had already given notice, and the former employer had already filled the position he was leaving. He had worked for about 60 days and was given a notice that his company was terminating his contract. During these 60 days, there was a computer ...

My client has some great questions. 1) What is the best entity to hold real estate in (ie Trust or LLC)? 2) What is the best state to have these entities formed? 3) Is it possible to have a revocable trust be a solid asset protection entity? If so, what states are the best? 4) is it possible to control a irrevocable trust using an LLC as the manager without losing its asset protection? If so, what states? 5) Can this structure own multiple properties, or is it better to separate them into separate entities (this question is more in reference to trusts). 6) What is the best way for a US citizen to own property or an account in a foreign country and keeping it a protected asset(that country is Colombia)? 7) Will doing a quit claim deed from an individual to a trust not invalidate the "payable on sale clause" of a mortgage? 8) Will the same not invalidate the homestead protection a property has for asset protection and for bankruptcy? 9) What kind of structure (Trust, LLC...
