We are looking to contract with a customer service professional to provide support for our executive leadership team for high priority issues. The role will also include resolving escalations from internal employees, at a lower level than executive, and social media (Facebook and Twitter) management. Escalations must be acknowledged within two hours of receipt and resolved within 24 hours. A summary of each issue is provided to the executive team at the time of resolution. Responsibilities: We are looking for professionals that can work about 40 hours a week including some weekends as well as weekdays.
