We are a Singapore company looking to outsource our in-bound telephone calls to someone who can answer 12/7, process the orders, and enter them to our web-based site to be handled by our employees and drivers. A typical order takes 30 seconds to 2 minutes each. We have a Malay eCommerce that receive many inquiries a day. Call volume is 10-20 calls per day, 10-15 Whatssapp inquiries and 5-10 SMS.
