My client has some great questions. 1) What is the best entity to hold real estate in (ie Trust or LLC)? 2) What is the best state to have these entities formed? 3) Is it possible to have a revocable trust be a solid asset protection entity? If so, what states are the best? 4) is it possible to control a irrevocable trust using an LLC as the manager without losing its asset protection?
