Hi Tejas, I have a new project I need help with. Totally separate from the one yesterday. Basically, I need to create a way for managers from different teams to enter a list of their employees and then the times they are going to start and end their shifts by the day of the week. I attempted to build something, but it's moving very slowly. I used SUMPRODUCT formulas, and I think that may be why. They will type in their employee names and division in the Emp List tab. Then, they will use the drop downs by day to enter their shift times. I've set it up to pull to different tabs based on each group in the hotel (Front desk, engineering, kitchen etc. that are in column B). The budget tables on the FD, Eng and Kit tabs (ignore Banq for now) on the left and variance v. budget tables on the right should be all set - they are hard coded or simple subtraction formulas. But, the ones in the middle are supposed to be counting how many AM, Mid, and PM shifts there are by department. I...
