We have recently started a series of English language customer interviews and now need to have those interviews transcribed into a word document. Each interview last approximately one hour and follows a standardised questionnaire (see attached). This contains some technical and business language,but there will be similarity across all the interviews done. At this stage it's not clear how many interviews there will be perhaps as many as 40 (at one hour each) or as few as 10. A flexible quote is therefore welcomed that gives me a sense of what you would charge based on follow. If easier, we can deliver all interviews at once, but we would need them turned around within 3 or 4 days, or they can be provided as they are conducted. Or we can provide them in weekly batches over the coming 3 weeks.

I Intend to write a book in the near future and I have recorded my thoughts to audio as a test of using transcription to help speed the work and to get something I can build on in written form. So the job is to transcribe approx 120 minutes of audio into a word 2003 compatible document for several weeks running. If possible where I have started an idea, stopped and restarted should be ignored. I would like an audio hour rate agreed upon and subsequent hours if we choose to work together again can be billed at that rate. Once I have a transcription received I can release money. I have approx 20 hours of management training voice recording. I need the trainer words to be put into MS Word file. The very important task is to omit discussions between the trainer and participants (there are some conversations 'in between'), to omit repeating and to improve the text in terms of good English if there are some faults. Language other than English should be omitted. The full material will be available on Monday, July 14th. We need the result before July 28th, preferably till 20th.
