I run a transcription service. I am looking to have a database create in Access 2013 so I can manage the data of my workflow, clients, sub-contractors/staff, Rewards program. I would need to run queries to look up amount of audio time a client submitted for each month (member level) to calculate rewards. I would need to run queries on sub-contractors time (audio time they transcribed) to make payments keeping in mind the service package the audio went through and the sub-contractors's pay grade. I want to be able to create invoices to clients and send them status reports as well. Reports of unpaid invoices; reports of the amount of time they have submitted; and also a report on the status of audios being transcribed. I know nothing of relationships and tables but if it helps with any of the information I am looking to maintain, please elaborate how they can be of use to me. Thank you and happy bidding.
