I have some text I need formatted that basically involves a lot of copying and pasting. The end goal is to add some html text to existing questions and answers. I am looking for someone with Word Processing skills and that is good at reading English. This person will be copying a list of "Grantees" from a PDF deed. We will need their name and address and we will need to page number so we can double check the work. If the address of the "Grantee" is not from the US, it will need to go on a seperate excel sheet. Accuracy is a MUST and they will need to be able to distinquish between the Grantor and the Grantee on the deed and only provide the grantee's name and address. I have worked with previous contractors on this job and have some sample work available to show our standards. Hello Elancers, I am looking for some one who has in-depth knowledge in Joomla. The issue is that the Joomla website if opened through search engines (Google, Bing, Yahoo etc.), it redirects to a different website (most probably a marketing website) On the other hand, if the joomla website is opened directly by typing the address on the web browser it does NOT re-direct to any other website. Clearly there is a bug in the code of the Joomla website. There are loads of articles in stackoverflow etc. where you can find and fix the problem, but due to lack of time I am having to post this job. I want a DLL developed, that I can integrate in Visual Basic or C++/C# projects (preferably Visual Basic), that can use OCR in order to resolve text from images. It should do the solving of the images offline. I have been scammed with this before, and I was told "The images were send to the server for heavy-image processing". Meaning he just used a human-typing service to get the text out of the image. The text in the images can be distorted, but it almost always is text on a white background. The images are similar to reCaptcha images. The average success rate should be at least around 25-30%. Feel free to use open source libraries to do this, although I suggest licensed ones like OpenCV, MatLab or Asprise, because the open source libraries like Tesseract are so bad for reCaptcha that it hardly ever solves at least one word.
