If you are a hardware engineer, this is the task for you. Use your creative skill to come up with a way to program or manage any vacuum pump to have some intelligence. The vacuum pump can be programmed to pulse, meaning you can program it to increase slowly, wait for a short period, then decrease slowly, wait for a short period and then increase slowly until it reaches the highest vacuum level. Step 1: Convert any aquarium(fish tank) pump, whisper pump or refrigerator pump into a "vacuum pump". You can search for any of these on ebay or amazon. It costs anywhere between $10 to $20 USD. If needed, I can provide instructions on how to modify these pumps into a "vacuum pump". It is best to create an "add-on" device that can work with any existing vacuum pump.
