Remotiq is an online platform that allows customers to find both "brick-and-mortar" (non-virtual) Stores to shop in remotely using video conferencing and freelance Personal Shoppers who help them organize such shopping and assist to shop. By the other words, through my website a customer hires a freelancer who organizes shopping in his local stores via videoconferencing. I want all the payments by Customers to freelancer and stores go through my site: customers pay to my company and I transfer the money to freelancers and stores less commissions agreed on their signup. Firstly, I have some questions: Can I accept payments through my DE registered LLC and then pay to stores and freelancers? Is it legal to allow customers to add money to their accounts with me for further use (escrow)?
