Hello world, We are a consultancy firm that has two diferent clients that need some help. Basically here are the problems: - Client 1 is non resident in the US and is about to incorporate a corporation in Delaware to start a business of a web TV; he is going to buy content from well known TVs around the world, and he is going to broadcast these on the internet to his clients; - Question: does this client needs to have a license to do this? If so, can you help? Please detail proposal: what you can do, what are the main steps to deliver, costs and timeline. Client 2 is currently resident and owner of medium/large size firm in Portugal; he wants to incorporate a firm in the US, and to open a small office, and store selling gourmet food, and alcoholic drinks in NY. He also wants his Portuguese firm to be shareholder of the firm based in the US.
