Your job is to. 1- delivery of analysis of the sensitivity (noise/distortion) of power line data transmission to changes in wire length , gauge , type and temperature. Deliver the appropriate data or formula in excel, with supporting literature referenced. (combining two items below). 2-illustrative formula of the time taken to transmit data between two home plug devices for short (distances within a single building) and overview of the accuracy at which software (if written) could record that time. 3- overview of the feasibility of logging the noise/distortion and other data found to be relevant and feasible in item #1. Note: this may be possible in firmware depending on the capabilities of powerline chips, which already calculate and adjust for noise, but may not do so in ways appropriate to this application, if feasible based on the results in #1. 4- the electronic circuit and/or firmware design to log the power line data transmission sensitivity in terms of noise or distortion...

We are developing a hosted, web based application (SaaS) that will contain sensitive client data and will connect to a merchant banking gateway for credit card transactions. The system uses a MySQL database on the backend with PHP as the backend programming language and HTML/Javascript/JQuery on the client/browser end. We will use HTTPS for connections. The system may be deployed on the internet or behind a company firewall. Some of the installations will be on a standalone server with a private database and some will be on a common server with the database segmented to apply to different clients. Our concern is security with wireless connections, sniffing on the ethernet, hacking to gain access to a customer's data, access to other customer's data in the database when on a common server, access to the algorithms for license codes, and security related to connectivity to a merchant banking gateway. We are seeking assistance from a security expert that is familiar with application...

Hello I am looking for an intervelometer /control program for raspberry pi. The purpose of this program is to 1) Turn main battery on: 2) Turn POV camera (GoProH3+/Sony HDR-AS100) on and record or take pics 3) Turn Flashlight on 4) Stop POV from recording (or after taking pic) and turn it off 5) Turn flashlight off 6) Turn main battery off 7) repeat cycle at set interval The intervals could be seconds or days. The total length of all of these intervals could be years. The intervals are to be set by the users, so some type of clear interfaces is needed for the users to be able to easily program the intervals : ie: Action: (picture or video), if video, input video length : XXXh XXm XXs, input interval length: XXXXh, XXm,XXs., Input total period of cycles : XXy, XXm, XXd, XXh, XXm. The Raspberry must be able to run on additional power or main power. IMPORTANT: Nothing can go wireless! (ie NO bluetooth/NFC/WiFI). All must be hardwired! There will be other projects after this on...

We manufacture a CCTV camera device that generates RTSP or HTTP, MJPEG video streams. Our hardware consists of an x86 PC running Ubuntu Linux. The computer assumes up to 7 IP addresses, 1 for the hardware device interface, and 1 to represent each of 6 possible video streams. A video stream is accessed via an RTSP URL, based on the IP address assigned to that stream. Video management systems consider our video streams to be IP security cameras. (the video streams are actually generated from raw video feeds coming from our wireless cameras) We need someone who can implement ONVIF on our hardware, so the MJPEG video streams we generate can be accessed via ONVIF, and thus be more universally compatible with Network Video Recorders. Our video streams are simple. MJPEG RTSP. There are no PTZ functions, Access control, IO, or other things to worry about at this time. Job Parameters: We can provide remote, root level access to one of our devices. The device also has a VMS syste...
